- reify 2y agoHeadlines like that make my imagination run wild Shooting oneself in the foot! In my acute mind I can see a man (Satya Nadella) standing in a desert. With no socks and shoes on. Aiming a rather large 12 bore shotgun at his foot. Then! a loud bang, The man looks down and half his foot is missing.

- agent_z 2y agoAlso include a loud scream as the man sees his foot is gone, And shouts "Where's my foot?! What happened to me???", being absolutely dumbfounded by this observation.
- cwassert 2y agoI think shooting yourself in the foot is something you would do to avoid drafting. It makes me sad that this may become relevant again in Europe. It certainly is in Ukraine and Russia. : (

- noman-land 2y agoThe videos of people breaking their own legs to avoid getting drafted into the Russian military are quite dire.
- brokenmachine 2y agoNot nearly as dire as some of the other recent videos from that area.
