a 10 db change in signal is 100x change in quality . You can go from good to bad quickly .
On a bad connection you have to wait for timeouts until you trigger a renegotiation.
- tonymet 2y agoThe short answer is that everything on your computer that seems discrete (aka digital) is analog. We are used to the speed of cpus / memory / storage at billions /cycles a second which masks this noisiest. Wi-Fi roundtrips are millions of times slower, hence your poor UX
