- bayindirh 2y agoAI is not made solely of LLMs. We're a member of some projects which uses AI models to monitor health of the marine life for example. AI is useful, stochastic parrots are not. Knowing the difference is crucial.
- badcppdev 2y agoAre the AI models monitoring the health of the marine life? Or are they modelling the marine life?
- bayindirh 2y agoThey are monitoring the marine life for trends, abnormalities and such. Plus these models are used for better prediction of future events/cycles with greater accuracy with simpler measurements.
