Wow claude just works in Belgium as well now! Last time i tried it was not the case. I tried some questions/conversation about .bat files and UNC paths and gave solutions and was able to explain them with much detail, without looking up anything on the web. When asking for URLs, it explained those are not inside the model and gave good hints on how to search the web for it (Microsoft dev network etc). Impressed!
