I know this one! The crowd all takes a pocket full of snickers bars with the intention of eating them during the match. When the referee makes a dodgy decision the entire crowd throws their spare snickers bars at the ref. Depending on how many snickers bars were thrown at the ref the snickometer comes into play and changes the refs initial decision. Simple!
