  Considering that they are considered a relative star company of Russia, they probably should have been included in the 2014 sanctions or at least the 2022 sanctions.

  They should've fled to the EU, but now they're being collectively punished for happening to reside in a country with a narcissistic, murderous autocrat. This particular sanction seems kind of small and petty. Indian, UAE, and Qatarian individuals and companies should be sanctioned for their ghost ship oil embargo running.
