I'm all for protecting the rights and liberties of individual humans, and even small-to-medium sized businesses, but the second a company is anywhere near as large as Apple, a switch should flip in your head and stop you having empathy for them. no one at Apple is being harmed by having to implement a few extra features in their devices. if anything, they've probably had to spend more of their insane levels of revenue on high-paying jobs for humans who need the money.
