- mytailorisrich 2y agoConsidering that HK is part of the PRC, I would be surprised of the current US export restrictions did not apply equally to HK and the mainland, but this is not clarified in the article. The article is also not even certain if the chips are subject to restrictions in the first place. Article seems deliberately misleading for senstionalist effect about something that looks like a good old tax-dodge.
