Excuse me I'm not a native speaker, what is the gender neutral term to refer to a child?
- bryanlarsen 2y agoThey or their. It's a little awkward when you're referring to a specific person but becoming less so over time. However, you're referring to a generic person so "they" or "their" would be appropriate even without today's political correctness.
