So, why is this not in kernel?
- zamadatix 2y agoThe ability to do this is exposed via the kernel (writing MSRs). The userspace app here just makes that friendly.
- M95D 2y agoI don't know how it works, but I thought MSR write was forbidden since... v5.10... ? Anyway, I was expecting to see it in the "Voltage and Current Regulator Support" in kernel menuconfig.
