How important is expunging the records?
According to tge article, background check databases will be cleared. That seems like enough for most people.
Expunging the records probably relies on a lot of effort to identify which court records are relevant.
- givemeethekeys 2y agoStandard employment question: "Have you ever been convicted of a crime?" So, the answer is a "yes" even if you've been pardoned.
