GDPR related perhaps? A lot of sites just blocked everyone outside USA/Canada due to that.

  GDPR doesn’t apply to New Zealand. Although I’d gladly welcome our Kiwi friends into the EU.

      Yes, I simplified. But that still wouldn’t explain why the webpage isn’t available in New Zealand.
