If you're in the US, I wonder if you could get your state's AG to charge Adobe with wire fraud.
- rm_-rf_slash 2y agoThreatening to call my state AG and the AG of a company’s incorporating state for fraud has 100% always cut the bullshit and gotten me to rightful resolution when customer service gives me the runaround. I’ve never had to make the calls. It’s a bluff but the cost of legal compliance to answer AG calls always outweighs the cost of rightful resolution.
