Ask HN: Pop-Math Book Recommendations
Do you guys have any math-themed books that present the subject in an interesting way? It can be general (e.g. about the most important problems) or more specific (e.g. algebraic geometry, analysis).
- tocs3 2y ago"Group Theory in the Bedroom, and Other Mathematical Diversions" by Brian Hayes. It is a bunch of essays and are fairly approachable. Some of the titles are a bit risque but all of them are safe for work and interesting.
