I would 100% believe this is a Gumroad product. There's even the Gumroad logo in the header, and you can only login with a Gumroad account, obviously linking to a page at gumroad.com. It even says "powered by Gumroad". Check out 10.2 in the ToS you are bound to: https://gumroad.com/terms https://gumroad.com/terms I would strongly suggest making it clear you aren't associated with Gumroad ASAP, because Gumroad is *required* to protect their trademark here. This is the easiest C+D a lawyer at Gumroad will ever have to draft.
