Some people don't speak english well. Others think installing an app and pressing hamburger icon is easier I think I agree.
- FrustratedMonky 2y agoThey do have an app that helps with that. That is small percentage of customers. The argument is don't force all, 100% of customers to install an app, because it gets frustrating, and then you loose some percentage of customers that just walk away to order somewhere easier.
