- jerlam 2y agoI'm guessing that the training they were given was based on the American expectation that the injured would be immediately evacuated to a field hospital, but that's not possible in this conflict.

- kstenerud 2y agoIt's not just misuse of tourniquets; it's the crap tourniquets that people are donating. Often, it's hard to tell the difference until they break in the field. But yes, training in their use is not that great because there aren't that many people who are trained enough to train others.
