This means that the asker is impatient, not the expert. An expert can explain everything from 0, and might even enjoy it.
- kaba0 2y agoLet the expert be a native Indonesian person who speaks no English, and I don’t speak a word of his native tongue. Can he explain anything to me, given such a language boundary? Even though he knows stuff from 0, that doesn’t translate over to ability to explain.
