I was surprised how quickly the cycle happens between media beds (every few seconds).
I wonder what the energy budget is vs electrolysis. It's probably orders of magnitude cheaper (albeit a bit dirtier).
- cyberax 2y agoElectrolysis is super-expensive and slow. Industrially oxygen can be extracted cheaply using fractional distillation of air, but it can't be scaled down for individual welders.
