        I think the the issue was that my Firefox is configured to try HTTPS first, and that existed but maybe it was misconfigured. But right now the site seems down (both HTTP and HTTPS). Yesterday it work form me with HTTP (the original URL submitted by the OP). Edit: I looks like they are discriminating some IPs from VPNs. Now I it works for me with a proxy.
