Funny title, but I assume it’s to improve appeal to government.

- jstummbillig 2y agoSure, it could be that. Or it could be the uniquely relevant set of skills and insights a former NSA director could bring to a table of mostly tech academics trying to build tech that will definitely touch questions of state security.
