If you can get these in a place with a high Asian population (SF Bay, Seattle, etc.) they are delicious. But they're hard to find. There are other Asian cuisines with delicious wide noodles too, like Thai food's Pad see ew (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pad_see_ew https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pad_see_ew) and Pad kee mao (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drunken_noodles https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Drunken_noodles).
