Meta stops AI plans in the EU
- xvector 2y agoEU missing out on yet another Industrial Revolution, just like they did with the consumer tech, dot-com, and smartphone eras. But you can only miss out on so many Industrial Revolutions before you fade into irrelevancy. It's strange and frustrating that the EU has decided regulation should suffocate innovation. This is not how progress happens. It seems shortsighted and blind to the mechanisms that have made our QoL come so far in the past few centuries.
