Makes sense.
I too had trouble with iCal. I don't see why I did - the format is simple enough. But making and sending iCal files to people with iPhones and having them parse it is harder than it should have been.
- toast0 2y agoThe format is both simple and not. Recurrence relations are tricky. Timezones are tricky and many implementations don't include them or don't read the included zones. DST changes are really tricky, and some times that exist can't be represented as local times.
