hybrid works are a kind of compromise to keep the office model, so the city model, up a bit more, some hope enough to reach the 2030 WEF goal "you'll own nothing" because anything is a service, something to rent, and they are the sole owners of anything regulating the economy as they want simply regulating rent prices of anything allowing them to keep anyone in de-facto slavery and ensuring no one can save money. As much as you earn you'll spend in service.
So no thanks. I a job can be done from remote there is NO REASON to want people in an office some times a week. Hybrid means the worst of both world: you need to be near the office anyway, so keep workers living costs high and quality of life low respect of living in nature in a well served place, meanwhile you are still in a city so with far less social file IRL outside the working hours than living in a less populated place. Hybrid means often laptops instead of real desktops, they can be docked of course but they are still sub-optimal iron for desktop replacer usage.
When people will understand I hope they'll punish all companies that now push the hybrid approach living them to a sore destiny.
