Do you think this is something that the team didn't realize or underestimated?
- Animats 2y agoNo, the paperwork isn't far enough along for the safety analysis. They decided to go ahead and build the non-nuclear parts of the system before getting approval for the reactor. Hence the "groundbreaking".
