There was a lot of Meebo coverage on TC over the years: http://techcrunch.com/tag/meebo/page/5/ http://techcrunch.com/tag/meebo/page/5/ Early rounds were rumoured to be done at $200m valuations so with liquidation preferences I'm not sure how much this really leaves on the table after the investors are paid.
