GDP of Russia was about 2 trillion USD in 2023. GDP of EU was about 18 trillion USD.
1.5% of EU GDP is still double the russian military budget.

- matthewaveryusa 2y agoMost certainly, but not for the public to see (although we all know relatively where different countries are.) I recently read kill chain which is jarringly accurate for a 4 year old book, and it goes through what you're indirectly alluding to: US military ppp is not only too high, but the 'kill-chain' is too slow.
