It makes for dramatic headlines, intended to scare Qualcomm customers into bringing pressure to bear on Qualcomm to settle with ARM. The laptops are supposed to make their retail debut in the next day or two. I think a court would be crazy to accept the demand from the headline which doesn't benefit either litigant.
