How Data Integration Is Evolving Beyond ETL
- zer00eyz 2y agoWow did we forget all of history. OLTP vs OLAP The systems aren't the same because they have different needs and performance characteristics. Yes we're at the point where they can be the same. Guess what, that shit is expensive. I see people moving AWAY from real time where they can and going back to ETL and batch processing to save money.
