Do you want Quotation (estimated price)?

When a businessman or an indie developer deals with his/her customer, a quotation (estimated price) is often required. Even in most situations there's no response to it, and you get annoyed to write it by adjusting numbers again and again to different customers. The question is, which I want to know its answer from you, if a plugin/site/app helps you generate quotations using default templates, which let you take more time on real business/development, at the same time not ignore any chance to develop customers, will you use it? Any other functions do you want this plugin/site/app provide? Will you pay for it? Thanks.
