That's true - in a story like this it seems obvious. I just worry that it might not always be so obvious in effect. In fact looking to the US across the pond, some of the rules around dating and sexual harassment already seem quite scary. Basically it seems really easy to ruin somebody's life with twisted interpretations of their behavior. Another example of such laws gone wrong is maybe the sexting teenagers who are now on file as pedophiles.
