I don't have the answer to your question, but, are you sure it's Google blocking itself in your country? I'm sure it's not the entirety of Africa as I've accessed Google services in other African countries.
More likely, your government has blocked the Google services; a tell tail sign might be whether or not the page that tells you it's unavailable is a Google page or not. Does it have Google branding, perhaps a notice from Google to say that they've blocked it and why?
- emmanuel_mbang 2y agoThe page that tells me unavailable is a Google page. And regarding blocked Google sites, this works without a VPN at times. But most of the time it is unavailable on my page (Cameroon)
