There hasn't been a lot of buzz about it locally for now. There was a similar programme(cyber.mil.pl) with a very similar budget started during the tenure of the previous government, but considering the recent political upheaval and subsequent corruption investigations supported by evidence in the form of hours of recordings gathered in secret by a now crown witness, that money might have went nowhere. Time will tell really, as Polish counterintelligence suffered a major blow back in the mid 00s orchestrated by a politician who vehemently opposes accusations of having ties with Russia, but truth be told "the lady doth protest too much, methinks".
