Life lesson: don't buy from boutique HW manufacturers that don't (yet) have a solid reputation on warranty and service centers in your area. All they do is rebadge a Chinese OEM design and sell you that with a Linux/FOSS sticker. So far I've been mostly happy with Lenovo.
