I can't wait to see how all of this will come crashing down. I am old enough to understand that it will be some unique way that no one will see coming. Then there will be a few knuckleheads claiming they saw it all along after the fact.
- lazide 2y agoThat’s why it’s so useful to predict every possible type of implosion, so inevitably you’ll eventually be right. A broken clock with 12 hands is right 24 times a day.
- its_ethan 2y agoThere's a fun quote about predicting recessions, something to the effect of: "he's so good at predicting market implosions, he's gotten it right 7 of the last 2 times."

- onlyrealcuzzo 2y agoThe way most bubbles end is that a decent amount of people say "this trend can't go on forever" while everyone else screams "LALALALA heard that before but the trend is still going, hope you like being poor". No one knows EXACTLY when the trend will end - which you generally need to get right to make a lot of money. But most people with a brain know an unsustainable trend will not last forever.
