- rjbwork 2y agoYes. The employer/employee relationship is inherently an adversarial one. Each wants as much from the other while giving as little as possible in return.
- jjav 2y agoA decent salesperson goes to battle to beat the customer and extract maximum value. A great salesperson looks for a win-win so both sides are happy and return to do frequent future business. Sales<->customer isn't that different from employer<->employee on this.
