Couldn't you also make the case that offering compensation is an admission of guilt? If the airline compensates unfairly, they haven't compensated properly but just admitted guilt.
- hef19898 2y agoThere are rules about how airlines compensate for lost luggage. International ones, no admission of guilt involved. People tend to ignore just how rare, in percentage, and how often, in abolute numbers, lost luggage is.
