I genuinely disagree with the premise. Bolting generative AI on to its existing offering isn't in Apple's playbook. If they can genuinely improve their products by the use of these tools, then I expect to see something pretty special. But I doubt you'll see a drop-in Siri replacement using ChatGPT. Apple watched Google try essentially that and get ridiculed.
