Train tracks in Sweden are still left-hand traffic
- usr1106 2y agoLike in France (excl. Alsace and Lyon metro). But which track trains use has extremely limited effects on the general public.
- piva00 2y agoIt's barely noticeable except when I come back from abroad and expect train doors to open on the wrong side, it happens maybe a couple of times until I get used to it again.
- usr1106 2y agoFor trains the door side is hardly ever standard, even if the train always uses a certain track out of 2 directional ones. Some stations have center platforms, others have side platforms. Maybe there is some network in the world with only one type, but in most cases they come in a mix.
