I guess the karma part is reference to the fact that the primary argument for his pay package is “we had a deal” and he has proven more than willing to violate any deal he wishes especially employment and compensation agreements. See the two dozen or so pending lawsuits from ex Twitter employees and executives regarding violated agreements.
