I never understand these situations, it took me months to get a job offer and somehow incompetent people accidentally stumble into senior roles?

- teitoklien 2y agoBecause there are incompetent interviewers too out there, its just you haven’t encountered those yet.
- Ekaros 2y agoRemember there is lot of incompetent people being interviewed. Majority of people being interviewed do not get hired. Some of it must be because incompetency, and they keep trying to get hired. So occasionally some of them do pass through the filter and this is one of the results.
