Replit didn’t make any specific claims about IP rights or non-compete (and if they did, the onus would be on them). When their behaviour was made public they immediately backed down and didn’t proceed with any legal fight.
- littlestymaar 2y agoI'm not sure you can have non-compete close on an internship contract anyway (in my country you cannot for sure).
- paulddraper 2y agoIDK if that is true or not. It could be. If that is true, that author should have just ignored it.
