Lessons from Sonos app upgrade fiasco
- unstatusthequo 2y agoOne of the worst “upgrades” I’ve experienced. Such a shitty change. It honestly makes me wonder what middle management did to the UX/UI designers to elicit this output. Yikes. And a bunch of things don’t even work properly, so it’s deeper than UX/UI. Huge step backward. Not buying any more Sonos gear.
