To clarify "$2-3B" nominal estimated cost means an expected $20-30B final cost
- zamadatix 2y agoHow do you figure? E.g. One World Trade Center had a nominal cost of $3B and a final cost of $3.9B so why would this run 20x-30x more over estimate?
