I wish web development would endorse the separation of concerns pattern where the application logic would be fully separated from the UI code. In this way the business logic could be a separate NPM module written with pure JavaScript or TypeScript having no complexities (React, JSX, Tailwind..) from the view layer. Also the the view layer would be simpler and absent from the application stuff like data models, networking, and caching.
