Adobe responds to vocal uproar over new Terms of Service language
- deleted 2y ago[deleted]
- fwn 2y ago> Adobe accesses user content for a number of reasons, including [...] innovative cloud-based features [...] and to take action against prohibited content. Forcing customers to pseudo-consent to their data being used to train AI is bad enough. You do not have to wrap it in CSAM detection, which, as a spin, is a whole new level of distasteful. If you're a corporate PR person and you're about to respond something like this, it might be better not to respond at all.
- martinbaun 2y agopseudo-consent or black mailing? It really seems like black mailing at this point.
