Why would someone want to live in that thing and deal with elevators and congestion when land is cheap?
Building up in Manhattan makes sense, economically speaking. Oklahoma, not so much
- KennyBlanken 2y agoCheap land and no reason whatsoever to want or need to be there (see: cheap land). How on earth did they find investors?
