- JohnTHaller 2y agoI didn't notice it when I worked in WTC2 except on very windy days. But I was only on the 15th floor. I don't recall noticing it in the Empire State Building when I was on the 52nd floor. Neither the old WTC nor the ESB have a tuned mass damper to cut down on the swaying.
