I'm almost certain I'm mildly intolerant to xylitol, maltitol, and sorbitol - so I avoid them all. There must be others like me, but I hardly every see this discussed. And there's no medical test I know of that can prove it, but I really wish there was.

- aussieguy1234 2y agoThese are FODMAPs, which many people with IBS find triggering. You might want to see a dietitian and find out which other FODMAPs you're sensitive to.
- Spastche 2y agoI want to say one of those was originally made to induce diarrhea. I can't eat them either.
